Terms and Conditions — Takarush Platform

1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Takarush ("we", "us", "the Platform") and users of Takarush ("you", "the user"). These Terms apply to the takarush.vu website, mobile app, and all Takarush services.

2 Account Register

To place bets or play games on Takarush, you need to create a personal account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential — it must not be shared with anyone.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

4 Betting Rules

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made from KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Takarush may place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

6 Bonus Terms

Takarush offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you must read before claiming.

• No more than one bonus will be issued per person, household, or IP address.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to generate artificial profits through the bonus system (arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Takarush reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Before closing an account, Takarush will generally notify the user by email or platform notification. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming
